Post Treatment instructions for lasting results:

Drink water before and after. Well-hydrated clients will have the best results.
Don’t smoke. Nicotine destroys collagen and elastin and contributes greatly to aging.
Use a sunscreen with SPF and UV ray protection and avoid tanning beds that break down collagen and elastin.
Maintenance: keep treatments on your calendar at about every 4-8 weeks (depending on age/condition of skin/muscle).

Results are cumulative, so after series of sessions, the improvements are greatly visible and longer lasting. For sustained results, the recommended course of treatment is 10 to 15 treatments within the first 6 weeks, followed by a 3-month maintenance schedule.
