Following treatment, the skin may appear a little red due to the exfoliation process and increased blood flow however this subsides very quickly leaving the skin looking radiant.

To get the best results long term you need to follow the following after care advice strictly.
Depending on the state of skin and the depth of affection, regeneration may last for a rather extended period – up to 3 weeks. To avoid any problems and complications, the client should pay maximal attention to the skin for the first 2-3 days after the procedure. It is not recommended to additionally traumatize skin or scrub it with homemade solutions. The flaking which may appear after the procedure will subside by itself, after application of moisturizers and sunscreens. Use of other cosmetic solutions should be postponed.
SPA procedures or any high-temperature skin affection is strictly prohibited because it can lead to undesirable consequences.
Direct sunrays should also be avoided during the first days after peeling. Violation of this rule may result in such unpleasant side effects as hyper pigmentation.
Hydrotherapeutic procedures with warm or cool water would be the best recommendation for skin care on the 2nd or the 3rd day after treatment.

For 24 hours:

Apply as much moisturiser as needed to reduce dryness
Avoid touching the area with unwashed hands – due to bacteria transferring
No heat treatments
No swimming as chlorine is a chemical bleach which will sensitise, and dry skin tissues also can irritate
Avoid intense exercises as sweating will occur and could lead to infection – pustules
No make up for a minimum of 8 hours up to 24 hours except for lips and mascara

For 7 days:

No exfoliation products or treatments
No sunbathing or sunbeds
Apply daily minimum of SPF 15 or higher
For clients having pigmentation treatment a SPF 30+ must be used alongside treatment
